HOW AND ON WHAT LEGAL BASIS DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA WHEN YOU REGISTER FOR THE TOKEN SALE?

You can register for Nuco Development Tokens (“NCDTs”) Token Sale on our website. To register, you must provide your e-mail address. We use the double opt-in process. Once you have registered for Token Sale, you will receive an email with a confirmation link. If you confirm your registration within the specified time, the data collected from you will be stored. Otherwise your data will be deleted automatically after the specified time has expired. We also collect data so that we can fulfill our obligations to identify our customers before you can purchase NCDTs.
You must provide your surname and first name, date of birth, place of birth, nationality, residential address (street, house number, postcode, municipality, country of residence), e-mail address, telephone number and the serial number of your official ID containing a photograph. You must also upload a copy of your official identity document (front and back). In addition, a video ID procedure must be carried out in order to participate in the Token Sale. We use Fractal Blockchain GmbH as the contract processor for customer identification and verification. Furthermore, we process the data concerning the means of payment used by you (e.g. IBAN, wallet address) when paying for the NCDTs.
If you wish to retrieve your purchased NCDTs from our website, you must provide your wallet address (public key). The legal basis for the data processing is the fulfilment of the contract or the implementation of pre-contractual measures pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 UAbs. 1 lit. b GDPR as well as, if applicable, the fulfilment of a legal obligation pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 UAbs. 1 lit. c GDPR.During registration, we also store your IP address and the time of registration and confirmation in order to be able to prove your registration and clarify any misuse of your personal data. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 Para. 1 UAbs. 1 lit. f) GDPR.

WHO RECEIVES MY DATA?

We will only share your personal information if you have consented thereto, if it has a legal basis, or if it is necessary to enforce our rights. Your data will only be transferred to service providers if they comply with the relevant data protection requirements.

WHEN WILL MY DATA BE DELETED?

We will delete your data as soon as it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was originally collected. For example, we will delete your usage data after your visit to our website if we are not allowed to process it for statistical purposes in anonymous or pseudonymized form as described above. For example, we delete your data from requests immediately after successful processing if we are not allowed to process it to inform you of new developments and events. Otherwise, we store your data even after fulfillment of the original collection purpose if we are obligated to do so for other reasons such as for archiving.
